The only issue I have is it would be nice if remote control had volume control & power on & off button. This works well for what I want to use it for. if you want a higher end player, you will have to pay more. I like this player, it's very portable & small. I don't have any issues with it working like I have read from other reviews. otherwise good player for price, great picture quality.
All in all I think it was a good value for the money.+ So far we have had no problems. We bought this for my four year old for Christmas. I didn't want to spend a lot because I know inevitably she is going to break it. She likes it and I even find myself using it from time to time.
It was shipped as promised. We were pleased with the product; it was as described and is very easy to use. We will probably use this vendor again.
The player works great otherwise. The only control physically on the player is PAUSE/PLAY so you have to use the remote to STOP. The only problem we've encountered is that there is no way to properly turn the device off without using the remote. You should STOP the DVD before turning off the power. This is very inconvenient.
Product did not work at all. Product was also opened, with original packaging torn and appeared to have been scratched.
